„Schönes Land, tolle Unterkunft, sehr schlechtes essen!
Wir hatten eine Laguna Villa - sehr schön ausgestattet und ruhig.
Das Essen war größtenteils eine Zumutung! Das Reservierungssystem für die a la carte Restaurants ist wenn man gerade ankommt schlicht nicht praktikabel. Die ersten zwei Tage kann man nur im Buffet Restaurant mit “Großküchencharme“ essen, da immer zwei Tage im voraus gebucht werden kann. Dann sind die A la carte Restaurants in der Essensqualität noch schlechter, als die Buffets. Ausgenommen der Italiener! Gerade das Essen ist hier nicht dem Preis, den man hier bezahlt angemessen.

„Wir haben es sehr genossen, aber Preis-Leidtung könnte etwas optimiert werden
- riesige und saubere Poollandschaft in einer sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage sowie einige Tiere (bitte nicht füttern oder anfassen) - großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und großen Balkon - direkte Lage am schönen Sandstrand, welcher morgens gereinigt wurde und tollen Palmen - A la Carte Restaurants ohne Zuzalung - Teilweise sehr authentisch freundliches Personal - Auch wenn das Theme Trinkgeld sehr present war, fühlten wir uns nie dazu genötigt. Einige gaben ständig und bei jedem Getränk, aber diese Freiheit besitzen sie ja und dem Personal sei es gegönnt - Tolle Abendshow, die ich gesehen habe (Horror-Show) - Keine aufdringliche oder störende Animation. Das Hotel bot für jeden etwas, der etwas wollte
Was ich mir gewünscht hätte: - beim Check-In wurde die Bezahlung eingefordert, welche direkt bei Buchung per Kreditkarte bezahlt wurde und dann auch noch doppelt so hoch (booking.com war hier überhaupt keine Hilfe). Fehler passieren, aber eine Entschuldigung wäre wünschenswert gewesen und mehr Unterstützung bei der Klärung des Problems. Fühlten uns sehr alleine gelassen. - die alkoholischen Getränke haben häufiger unserem Geschmack nicht entsprochen und ich hätte mir eine nette Anrichtung gewünscht - das Buffettrestaurant hätte etwas ruhiger sein können. Es wirkte sehr unruhig, laut und hektisch dort - kürzere Laufwege, was sich jetzt natürlich nicht ändern lässt. Aber das habe ich auch nach einem Blick aus der Satelliten-Perspektive ubterschätzt Das sind teilweise Wünsche auf hohem Niveau. Aber hier darf Stern- und Preisklasse des Hotels nicht aus den Augen gelassen werden.

„Nett für ein paar Tage, um am Strand zu entspannen.
Schöner und weitläufiger Strand, der nicht dauerbeschallt wird. Am Strand hat man vom Partytreiben an den Pools nicht viel mitbekommen. Extrem große Anlage, für jeden ist was dabei.
In den Restaurants ist es sehr laut, entspanntes Essen ist kaum möglich.
