I had a blast!!! I will be returning.

the amount of activities, the staff was excellent, the accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Towels were always fresh. Refreshments for the guests were abundant.

Some facilities were in a little ran down. Some of the excursions were unnecessary, like the jewelry store excursion. Also, the long wait times for trams. Folks with health issues or leg problems have a hard time getting around.

Really Nice Hotel

Really nice hotel, the food variety was 7/10, not wow but also not disappointing. The place is really beautiful. They didn't have any good shows in the night, only live music in the main patio that didn't sound too good.

Great Resort. Awesome value.

The facility offered a lot to do. Very spacious. I truly enjoyed the amenities with our package, Platinum is the way to go. Will be bringing the whole family back.

WIFI IS SKETCHY!!!! other than that, this is a great place. Don't let the wifi stop you from reserving. It works, you just have sign in more than you like

Would definitely return.

My stay was great. We met some amazing people who have now become friends and we all plan to meet back at the resort

Pools and outside bars closed early. Also, although we stayed in the villas it didn’t really come with anything extra. We thought that at least the top shelf liquor would have been included. So that was a bit disappointing but we still enjoyed ourselves

Great value for the money & I would definitely stay here again

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is also a great selection of food from the different restaurants on the resort.

The only thing that was unpleasing were the sales reps on site for the excursions. They are very persistent & keep pushing excursions even when uninterested.

Absolutely fabulous birthday getaway.

From early checking to check out, everything was great. I ended up getting a upgrade to the platinum suite for no extra cost, which was a very sweet deal considering I had to change hotels on my trip. The buffet food was great, lots of different varieties to choose from. The bars provided real alcoholic beverages. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. The hotel facilities are great, just sitting around doing nothing is still doing something. I will be back.

The hotel is quite large as it really is two hotels in one. Getting from the main lobby to your room is quite a long walk and waiting on the golf carts can take up to 30 minutes.

A great stay! But be prepared for lots of extra costs

It looked awesome, it was at a great location, and we had a great experience with the staff.

Everything felt like an extra cost, the property was not actually all inclusive. We couldn’t even get our own taxi it had to be through the resort!

A great hotel overall.

Main thing we disliked significantly was that by the time we checked in, all restaurants were fully booked for the 4 nights we stayed! We had to eat at the buffets all the time.

According to booking, the rooms with pool were only supposed to be for +13 years old. (Deluxe Junior Suite with Pool Access). However, some of the rooms were occupied by families who seemed to have children under 13.

I had a great vacation whit my family.

The facilities are excellent. There are a lot of restaurants and pools. There are a lot of activities that you can do whit your family.

The shuttle takes more than 30 Minutes to pass. So you need to wait to move from one side to another or you need to walk long distance because the hotel is so big.

We really enjoyed our family vacation.

The facilities are great and there are a lot of restaurants that offered excellent food. They have a lot of activities that you can do for all ages.

The shuttle takes a long time to pass. You need to wait around 30 min to move from one place to another. The elevators at the lobby are very far from the restaurants. If you want to access to the jacuzzi you need to pay at the sauna, but if you do it you won’t regret it.

Upsell upgrade to Platinum (not worth it) and charge extra for way to much even after "upgrading".

Beautiful resort, friendly staff.

Upselling for everything and even when you "upgrade" to Platinum, they still charge you (ALOT) for things they said would be included if you "upgraded" to the Platinum. Food was lukewarm everywhere, not just the buffets.

Great resort, except for the pests!

Lots of great stuff at this resort, we found the food always very good (unless you went to the buffet a little too late), the drinks tasty, the beach beautiful, and while beach chairs ran out quickly, there was always pool chairs. The staff were nice and we enjoyed hanging out in the sports bar at night or sitting in the courtyard. It's a huge resort but honestly I enjoyed walking, it helps break up the day and it never felt super overcrowded. I'm a vegetarian and I always had enough to eat, but it would be nice if the hamburger station had a veggie burger. The room was good, air-con worked well and it was always clean when we got back. Overall not a lot of complaints, just one, those dang coatis!

The coatis!!! On day one you're like "aww, they're cute", day two you're like "okay please leave me alone" and by day 3 you're like "Eff off!!!!". They broke into our room twice, even though we had the doors closed and we were on the 3rd floor. You couldn't set your drink down for a second or it would come to steal it. You couldn't pack a banana in your backpack for the beach or they would drag your entire bag into the forest, we saw it happen. There were times when I couldn't relax because they were hopping onto my lounger trying to get stuff. I honestly don't know if I'd return to this resort because they just suck. I really wouldn't get a swim up room because you can't even use it since if the door is unlocked the coatis can get in, it defeats the purpose.

I would stay again as besides from the issues at the start I had no other issues and it was an amazing week!

The resort was very large and beautiful, there was lots to do and great entertainment. The restaurants had great variety!

The reception staff were not very helpful with some issues I had checking in, it took 3 hours to check in and when I finally did they had given me a lesser room then what I had paid for, they ended up moving me to a different room the next day but there was no offer of compensation for the night before.
